As the Founder of HD Academy and creator of the HD Academy Method, he engineered a revolutionary, systemized approach to padwork and boxing fitness instruction. His method focuses on biomechanics, joint-safe padholding technique, counter-punching flows, and functional athletic conditioning—setting a new benchmark for how boxing is taught globally.

Originally from England and now based in the UAE, Mark is a Master Trainer with over 15 years of dedicated experience in boxing and combat sports. He holds a degree in Sports and Science, combining academic knowledge with extensive practical coaching experience.
A former national-level kickboxing competitor turned elite coach, Mark brings extensive practical experience from competition, athletic conditioning, technical development, and coaching athletes of all levels—from elite fighters and experienced professionals to beginners and youth athletes.
His coaching philosophy is built around strong fundamentals, technical precision, disciplined progression, and mental toughness. Mark believes boxing is more than a combat discipline; it is a powerful tool for developing physical strength, confidence, discipline, coordination, and personal growth.
